Istanbul Go Tournaments are our Group's main events. With our ever expanding group of players and veteran team we have been organizing tournaments every September or October annually since 2001, always striving to achieve a higher quality of experience for the participants and to set a higher standard for other national tournaments in Turkey.

The Thirteenth of Istanbul Go Tournaments, one of Turkey's major tournaments which has been held in September or October since 2001 will be taking place September 28 thru 29 as an international event.

12th International Istanbul Go Open Results
13-14 October 2012
The Twelveth of Istanbul Go Tournaments, one of Turkey's major tournaments which has been held in September or October since 2001 was held from October 13 thru 14 as an international event. The tournament which set a new participation record for Turkey was won by returning champion Ali Jabarin. We would like to thank and congratulate all our participants for the new record.

Arrangement of the Eleventh International Istanbul Go Open is still under due process. Details will be made available, as they are established, from the tournament page and e-mail groups. 10th International Istanbul Go Open
2-3 October 2010
The tournament, leveling up as a Pandanet Super Tournament of the Pandanet European Go Cup, has been the second tournament in Turkey where the psychological barrier of 100 participants has been passed breaking its own record.

9th International Istanbul Go Open
3-4 October 2009
The tournament, keeping up its performance as a Super Tournament of the Pandanet European Go Cup, has been the first tournament in Turkey where the psychological barrier of 100 participants was passed setting a new national record.

8th International Istanbul Go Open
11-12 October 2008
The eighth of Istanbul Go Tournaments, which is one of the most important annual events in Turkey, took place on October 11 thru 12 again as an international event. The tournament has kept its place as Super Tournament as a part of the Pandanet European Go Cup.
This years tournament was highlighted by the presence and activities of Korean Professional 5 Dan Yun Yeong-seon, who has held the title Women's Kuksu 4 times and once the Hajoue title.

7th International Istanbul Go Open
22-23 September 2007
The seventh of Istanbul Go Tournaments took place from September 22 thru 23 as an international event. Setting a difference form last year's tournament which Hideki Enda (professional 9 dan) honored as an observer this year's tournament was part of the Pandanet European Go Cup and registered in the Pandanet European Go Cup Calender as a European Cup Super Tournament.

The 6th International Istanbul Go Tournament
07-08 October 2007
The Tournament which marked its 6th anniversary from the 7th to the 8th of October of 2006 at İstanbul Anadolu Otelcilik Turizm Meslek Lisesi Uygulama Oteli also made its debut in the international scene thanks to TGOD. Due to the visit of Japanese professional Hideki Enda (9 Dan) coinciding with this year's tournament, activities such as game reviews from honorary chief referee and observer Master Enda himself were among the highlights of the first day.
